Pizza Perfect Kyalami — Local services in Gauteng

Terrible service from staff and attitude from management. I walked to the counter to collect my order only to find the cashier (lady) and manager / owner (man) on their phones. One staff was making pizza while another was at the oven. I ended up standing at the counter for about half a minute before the cashier realised my presence. The manager / owner looked up at me unphased (like a zombie) and then continued on his phone. The cashier apologised and brought my order. I should have just walked away. It is pathetic service and leadership qualities of the manager / owner. Don't run a business that involves meeting customers if you don't have basic customer service nor fail to acknowledge your faults. Customers make your business survive, not by your own might and money. Pizza Perfect is an option to consider in the area out of convenience, not...

Really sad. Used to be one of the better establishments, but is pretty awful now. Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Took over an hour to deliver (we live close to the restaurant). Food arrived, was cold, and the one pizza was so stuck to the top of the box, it was unrecognizable.

So I drove the pizza back to the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant was there and didn't greet or even acknowledge my concerns. Also didn't seem to care that I had to leave a wife alone with 3 crying babies to try get food sorted for my family.

Not to mention - the food is crazy expensive. Is it unreasonable to expect decent quality!?

Update: I submitted my details as per the owner's request below (several months ago) and have yet to be contacted by anyone. Further proof that they don't...

I would like to express how amazing this Pizza Perfect Franchise is. The Staff are exceptional. Its Friday 11h45 am 14th May 2021, I walked in their, ordered 28 Large Pizza's for our company and asked them to deliver to the office in Kyalami Business Park as soon as the Pizza's are ready. They delivered the first 15 Pizza's just after 12h00 noon and the remaining 13 shortly thereafter. Your service delivery is excellent and the Pizza's tasted amazing.
