recently visited this craft beer establishment with friends, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were left waiting and had to ask for assistance to be seated, which set a questionable tone for the evening.
The craft beer selection was quite limited, with only three options available on tap. After ordering, we found ourselves waiting almost 20 minutes for our drinks, which felt excessively long, especially considering the small menu.
The atmosphere was underwhelming, with music being played through an aux cable. One of the staff members controlled the playlist, which made for an inconsistent vibe throughout the night.
As for the shisha, we were informed that there was only one flavor available. After waiting half an hour for it to be served, we felt that the overall service was lacking. To top it off, the waiter had the audacity to demand a tip for what can only be described as minimal service, particularly after we had to wait so long for everything.
Overall, this establishment has potential with its craft beer concept, but the service and offerings need significant improvement. I hope they can address these issues for a better experience...
Read moreStopped by for a burger earlier today, around 8pm. The burger bun was toasted, which I enjoyed, but the burger pattie tasted like it had been cooked earlier and then reheated before serving. The chips, while not fresh had potato skins on, which added a nice flavour.
Just as I was finishing my meal, a random, seemingly inebriated, guy entered the restaurant and walked up to my table, speaking incoherently and trying to request something. He then did the same to the other 2 tables occupied on the ground floor. The lone waitress who had served us, asked him to leave but he continued to cause a commotion and started becoming confrontational with patrons. The centre’s Security Guards suddenly appeared and also struggled to get him to leave. Needless to say, all of us patrons dining downstairs decided to leave immediately.
This restaurant needs some sort of front of house security, to remain vigilant and ensure the safety of patrons dining downstairs, as well as...
