Burger King Kyalami Drive-Thru (Halaal) — Restaurant in Gauteng

The only good thing here can sometimes be the food. The staff are constantly shouting both at eachother and at customers, most of the seating areas are taken up by employees forcing the customers to stand around. That's not even the tip of the iceberg.

There have been multiple occasions where our food was thrown at us upon collection because we couldn't hear our number from the outside seating area because they took up all the inside seating room.

They've on multiple occasions told us that we should cook food at home and questioned why we don't we come there. We aren't even regular customers, going there maybe once every two months.

Our beliefs are often thrown into our faces because we don't have the same holidays as most, so we shouldn't be there but rather at home Eg.easter and Christmas time.

The holiday times stated on a Google search and on their door says they are open till 9 on holidays, yet we are chased away. Even though all employees are there, all eating cooked burger King meals

Even when speaking to them politely and with courtesy they are rude, impolite and will find some way to mock you.

I wonder who does the staff's training in this establishment. I went for a quick bite and we were only three patrons in the restaurant. There was about seven staff and they were completely oblivious to us. I can not possibly describe the noise levels. Staff members were talking loudly to each other ( I hesitate to say they were talking, as I can only describe it as shouting ) while leaning on various counters. Some staff would scream at the top of their voices to other members happily sitting amongst customers having their lunch. They were not especially rude or even aggressive, just totally indifferent to customers and I suspect that they think it is acceptable to behave like this. We seldom eat out at fast food restaurants and I will not dare go again. The noise was so much that I had to leave the establishment after only finishing half my meal. I strongly suggest someone talks to the staff about what is acceptable behaviour.

Went to this establishment again, I could not believe the noise. Total disregard for customers eating in the restuarant. Staff were singing and screaming and laughing so loud one could not hear each other speak whilst...

My first visit at Burger king Kyalami..Friday night at around 19:00 I arrived at a very busy burger King. The drive through had a long queue so I parked and went to order in the store. The order was quick to place but the food took over 35 minutes and I fortunately checked my order when I received the sealed bag because 1 X burger and 1 X chips were missing. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for the burger and chips to be added to the bag. By that time the food had gotten cold and I was also not impressed with the cheese lover double burger which did not have any sauce, was very dry, the patty was bland and tasted like it had no salt or spice added the chips were not crisp and they only included 1 X ketchup and 1 X mayonnaise to the family sized order of burger and chips. I was not impressed by the negligence of the staff, having to wait so long and getting a cold meal that tasted bland and also on presentation looked thrown together and unappetising.
