Extremely Unsanitary and a Serious Health Risk

I am writing this review out of deep concern for the health and safety of other families. After visiting this playroom, I personally know of more than 10 families whose children ended up in the hospital within 36 hours of being there — all with similar symptoms consistent with serious viral or bacterial infections.

The facility was visibly dirty: sticky floors, unclean equipment, and bathrooms that clearly had not been properly sanitized. There was no sign of regular cleaning staff, no hand sanitizer stations, and no enforcement of basic hygiene practices. For a place meant for babies and young children, this is completely unacceptable.

What’s even more alarming is that this seems to be an ongoing issue, not a one-off incident. If you value your child's health, I strongly urge you to avoid this place until major improvements are made — both in sanitation and in accountability. I recently hosted my son’s 2nd birthday party at The Fun Room, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The venue offered a great price, and it was perfect for me since I wanted to handle all the decorating myself. The space was spacious, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to create the exact atmosphere I envisioned.

One thing to note is that you have to purchase the adult food they offer, but honestly, it was delicious, so it wasn’t a problem at all! The staff truly made the event even better—they were professional, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate any extra requests I had. My first time at the Fun Room was just that - fun! When I entered it looked like a great establishment, but there is some things that needs work. For me the most important thing is hygiene en cleaniness, and this was lacking.. a lot. In the ballpit there was a lot of damaged, broken and definitely not clean balls. As you make your way through the different mazes you seems to notice bits and pieces of odd stuff that was dropped and forgotted, dusty and full of grime. Not a pleasant sight. It should be picked up and given a good deep clean. The kitchen and counter looked very unorganized and unclean. Customers don't what to see the clutter please.
