A year ago this food was the best sea food, now it is the worst. Ordered the crayfish, prawn, butter lemon calamari and battered fish. I always recommended this place to anyone looking for a good meal. But now I will never again.

Crayfish was raw and sour- sent back. The same crayfish return with more sauce and slightly more grilled. Then the kitchen staff came to the kitchen window watched us eat it then laughed as if they had done something to the food. We were disgusted and stopped eating it. The prawn was also raw, just dipped in sauce. The calamari was undercooked and dipped in off lemon sauce. The battered fish was average.

The person at the counter was extremely unpleasant and refused to apologise for the poor meals served. We took pictures of the poor quality food and left. The staff are pathetic and know nothing...

Looks are definitely deceiving here, the way the food looks and tastes are miles apart. We were left very disappointed at the food, we sampled the 2 different seafood baskets and squid head meal, the one basket had hake bites, calamari and chips, the other calamari and prawns, honestly all the items were tasteless, if you had closed your eyes you would never even have even guessed what you were eating and it seemed they were all fried with the same oil, everything was battered and bland.... the only highlight of that meal was the Coke, we ate what we could as we were super hungry but the time we arrived at the establishment, we took the remainder and handed it over to someone on the side of the road....that had...

I am a teenager nearing the end of my highschool journey and fish factory has been a part of my heart and life for more than 15 years that i can remeber. My mom brought me here for the first time when I was 9 months old and ever since I fell in love. Fish Factory is the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life and i will remeber the food and people until I am on my deathbed. The food is immaculate and the staff are like family. The owners are two of the best people I have come across in my life. Fish Factory is a place of pure comfort and satisfaction. If you are reading this review, I beg of you to visit Fish Factory at least once....
