Fish and Chips Co. keywest mall

i went to buy my favorite fish and chips at the store today (04/12/2021) firstly when my food was brought out it was already cold also none of what i asked for and PAID for was given to me. I asked for my chips to be prepared crispy with some of that lovely spice as well as tomato sauce ( this is my treat once a week) once i saw that it was not as i requested i went back to ask for this again the staff took my food to the back and brought it out exactly as i had given it to them.

when i asked where the manager is i was told he is not on duty. i then called the store to see if i could get a number for the manager and was told he is off sick. very disappointing service as i really enjoy the food from this franchise and the service i got today was terrible the loss of my little bit of money spent in this store might not be important but the fact that fish and chips co. have lost a supporter in me is what...

Unpleasant noisy experience! And Couple of vendors in the middle of shops Infront of Game are much annoying to bypassers! A elderly couple was literally harassed by one of them today. He confronted the old lady, place his hand upon her wrinkled old hand which held the trolley she pushed.! He literally push- forced her to the side with the old man shuffled behind.. a bystander also watched this intimidated behaviour of the vendor towards the elderly couple intervene and came to their rescue. Several other bystanders also came closer to give support. The gentleman that came to the rescue of the elderly couple spoke loud and told the man who wanted to "demonstrate" his product to them to back up!
