This place is quite simple and easy to use. There is every store there that I need. I live close to thus crossing and despite there being other malls in the area, this is just simplistic. There are more than 1 entrances and the place is never over crowded. You can easily get in and out without becoming overwhelmed by the 5pm traffic haul that exists over Ondtdekkers.
The only down fall would be the same I have with every shop, Mall, centre or parking lot in South Africa. It is the 'Stand there guys' or car attendant as it's locally known. They stand all day, in gated areas, standing and watching you, waiting for you to give them your money for standing there. They don't do anything. This is always an uncomfortable experience for me.
Apart for that, the shops a in abundance, there is some food takeaway shops; franchise brands and the convenience of the active section separated from the household section is very practical. I don't have to drive and search for a parking at the grocery side, I can just park right in front of my favourite active or handyman shop and quickly move on once I've made...

I walked with the manager to the freezer in which the product is shelved and she pointed out the TnC's are in fine print on the advertising card.... that shoppers simply won't or can't read. She acknowledged that the promotional card is incorrectly displayed BUT simply left it displayed on the shelf and walked away. Wow! Be careful...you'll be caught out at the till if not vigilant. I'm not a penny pincher but this time round I left my trolley at the till and walked...

So my question to centre management is why should shoppers be treated like a criminals? Why don't you upgrade your shopping centre and put in proper security measures to combat crime instead of passing the responsibility to the public, first it was the closure of one of the entrance and exit gates, now it's telling shoppers how to park their cars, what is next ... searching cars and bags and making everyone feel like they are criminals.
I will no longer be coming to this centre, it's...
