We ordered food via uber eats and initiqlly it noted an estimated time of arrival as 11:15 then the times kept changing, it went to 11:30 and then 12:20. When I call Steers call centre they told me they dont know where Uber eats queries should be made but I was in the wrong department (call centre). I have been using Uber Eats and never have issues ordering with other restaurants especially McDonald's.
It notes different people who are supposed to pick up my order and no one is able to advise whether it's an Uber Eats or Steers issue.

My husband went to buy Original King Steer meal (5) he came came back with meals with no cool drink I had to call and ask where are re cool drinks? Went there to buy food. First of all there lady that took my order can't even speak properly. I had to repeat myself like 5 times. I have asked for 2 beef burgers and 2 chicken burgers. 1 beef burger with no garnish and 1 chicken burger with no garnish.... Well guess what..... 1 chicken burger and 3 beef burgers with garnish!!!!
