If you have a craving for a business breakfast, a quick bite, lunch, or an early dinner, Coffee Time is definitely a place to consider. Not only is the food and the service good, but I love the atmosphere. The decor is stunning, and if you are busy working on your laptop at one of the booths and it runs out of battery, no problem. There is provision for 3 point plugs, 2 point plugs, and even cell chargers without the head. Coffee Time has seating inside and outside undercover. They do not have their own toilets, but the toilets are very close. Biggest surprise was when I received a pamphlet showing that they have home cooked meals from Monday to Friday. You also get a choice between 4 dishes for the day. They have pensioners specials Monday to Friday and on Sundays they have a carvery. Go take a look and many bites!!!

Let's face it, food prices aren't the same as it used to be today than 3 years ago. Every where you go it's just expensive. With that being said. What we paid for, excluding tips and including coffee we ordered was R320 give or take yesterday. Pretty reasonable. In fact, more reasonable than many other restaurants. I must say this was not my first visit and definitely not the last. If you don't want to break bank, and you are hungry, I mean real hungry then look no further. The portions are more than average. So you will be full.

Iced coffee was not luke warm😅, cake was exceptional, waffle was just the right amount of crispy with amazing ice cream, a bit pricey but well worth it even if just for the comfort and Internet speed, Internet is encrypted and secure. It's a great place to come work from if they are not loadshedding (because load shedding causes the Internet to tank as one would expect).

This breaks my heart , because my family and I have always enjoyed coming to this restaurant and would have recommended it to anyone, however now that the restaurant is under new management,it isn't the same. This restaurant offers a Sunday buffet, which one must book for , which we did,for four adults and it was confirmed by the owner for four adults and that we should be there at 12:30.When we arrived on time,we were informed by the staff that the buffet had ended. We asked to talk to the owner, who we spoke to and she informed us that she had packed one take away for the buffet. Disappointed we decided to stay and order food anyway, the owner assured us that what we order will only cost us 100 rand ,as the buffet cost 100 per plate. We ordered dinks and food and pudding and when we received the check,we were only discounted one plate and a drink ,when we were supposed to be only charged 100 per plate. We worked out what the proper total amount would be ,and it was significantly less than what we were being charged for.Would...

Really sad about leaving this review as we were previous happy customers.

An experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone. We were in the mood for a nice Sunday lunch, and there were about 3 tables occupied inside, so decided to eat there. (As service shouldn't be a problem when it is so quiet) Wanted to sit outside as it was a very hot day, but all the tables were still dirty from previous patrons that had already left. Sticky, oily menus and dusty, sticky tables that leave stains on your clothing. We were there for about an hour and 45 minutes, no tables were cleaned and also no manager in sight. Food didn't take too long, but was very underwhelming and no one checking up if all is fine. Condiments had days old residue and oil on them.

It is not nice to give criticism about this place, but feel that this is necessary information for them to succeed and not lose...
