Norbert's has a unique Austrian atmosphere with matching music at just the right volume. Their food is always excellent in quality, quantity, .and flavour. A basic simple menu provides for every occasion. All the meat is always of prime cut quality supplied from Norbert's on-site deli. His bulk meat packs may at first appear a little pricy, but there's no shrinkage and no superfluous fat and no sinew, so you get more actual meat per kilo than most butchers I know, and I know all the good ones. Norbert and Charmaigne's personal attention to detail never wavers, and their staff are well trained and truly compliment the business. Norbert's is truly a unique gem well worth paying a visit. Read moreGreat little butchery and restaurant. Used to work alongside Norbert at my first job back in 2001. Back then he expressed the desire to open a butchery, even if he didn't know the ins and outs. Not only had he fulfilled the dream, but the place is a roaring success.

Waiters that get No tips literally make no Money! This often will conversely affect the service level one gets rendered.
Its also quite disorientating having 3 different locations where people can sit, where waitrons do not easily see what is going on. I would suggest the following:
Get a Tip system onto your Credit card Machine create a Table Roster so that Waiters are assigned to sections and don't have to attend to 3 different areas where they might start to neglect some areas due to dispersion...
