I was lucky enough to meet the in-house Jeweler in the store. Having hiked up Platteklip and planning to hike back down, my shoes had broken and I was in big trouble. Kingston went out of his way to repair both of the shoes with the tools at his disposal and gave up much of his own time to help me out in a way that left me speechless and humbled. Disappointing service, staff are extremely rude and scream at you. Was told to wait for the lady from her lunch which took over an hour and we waited and waited to exchange a jersey just a bigger size for a kid which we bought the same exact time but was treated and spoken to in a very ill mannered way.
