This location is one of the worse i've seen in a long time. Our team members (foreigners) went to pick up equipment and they were very rude . We provided them everything they requested the day before, ID, business registration but they asked for a korean person to be there when nobody mentioned that the day before. They didn't know that the staff understood korean since they were speaking in english and talk between themselves not to give the equipment. This is plain discrimination and racism. Shame on you for this poor customer service and this will be reported as...

Not foreigner friendly. Will require you to leave your passport with them for the duration of the rental time. Besides the blatant xenophobia, this practice is illegal both in korean law and in the laws of the country that issued (and owns)...
