This place holds much potential. However, I did not have an entirely pleasant experience. Firstly, the navigation to this place is difficult as there are no English signs, and no mention of the floor and unit number from recent reviews (FYI, it is on level 7, right by the lift). Second, although the closing hour is indicated for 9pm, the restaurant starts packing up at around 8pm and restricts the menu items to only 3 (perhaps from those that can be reheated from existing stock). Unfortunately, we reached around 8.05pm so we were not able to select our desired menu items, despite making a trip to try this place specifically. We opted for the Ragu Ragatoni Pasta and the Soft Tofu from Hell - they were delicious nonetheless, which is why I mention initially the great potential of this place. Of course, I have to rate this place based on the experience I have encountered, and I will look forward to visiting this place (or its other outlet) again at an earlier timing, perhaps for lunch.

Edit: returned for a second visit, this time at an earlier time. I still remember the orientation of the mall and had no difficulties finding the place this time. Google seems to have updated the exact location of this place, which is helpful. Managed to try other dishes and they continue to be tasty. Would recommend to any...

A Delightful Vegetarian Oasis in Seoul

Finding quality vegetarian fare can be a challenge in Seoul, but this establishment proved to be a wonderful exception. Nestled within a bustling mall, it offered a serene and beautiful setting that provided a refreshing respite.

The flavors, textures, and freshness of the dishes were all excellent. The attention to detail and presentation was truly delightful.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making my dining experience all the more memorable. As a vegetarian traveler, I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a delicious and satisfying meal in Seoul.

If you find yourself in the city and in need of a vegetarian-friendly option, be sure to visit this hidden gem. It is a true oasis of flavor and tranquility amidst the lively...

A nice vegan restaurant located within the huge I’Park Mall. It’s such a great change in Korea because now vegetarians and vegans can enjoy a full meal even within massive shopping outlets and malls!

The tomato sundubu stew is amazing. You can order it as a set alongside tofu-katsu, and it is super filling.

Just fyi, this is the second Plantude location after the one in Coex and the menu is a bit different. It offers two items as sets with a slightly higher price.

P.S. the place is owned and managed by Pulmuone, Korea’s leading tofu manufacturer. They also sell their vegan yogurts and...

Lots of interesting and nutritious plant-based dishes to try. Many Korean-ish, but overall I'd consider it fusion cuisine. The dumplings were great. A someone who can't handle much spice, I thought the eggplant curry was a bit too spicy, but still good. Don't get the garlic bread. It's sweet, like a thin cookie with garlic butter on top. We went here before I had learned that all garlic bread in Korea is sweet. Overall 4.5 stars, but I like to round up. I do think this chain is worth a visit for any vegetarian in Seoul.
