Department Store Food Courts in Korea are NEXT LEVEL. So many cuisine options and stellar presentation and flavor

Unlike the much hyped food markets (Gwangjang) or street food (Myeongdong), the Korean department food court surpass my expectations (and maybe even surpass the Japan equivalent)

All ordering is via kiosk and pagers and unlike other Department Stores there is no queue and one kiosk orders ALL the food options

Numerous Korean ladies in yellow deliver and bus all the food from every food court restaurant in true table service fashion

I couldn’t decide what to order with so many choices so ordered too much with Korean cold noodles, Japanese nigiri sushi, and deep fried pork cutlet with curry rice

It was a feast and it is no wonder that the clean, efficient and delicious food courts are popular not just with ladies who like to shop but those looking for an indoor A/C setting with delicious food

I love their food hall at B1. I otrdered Bibim Mak-guksu. My husband ordered Mushroom Bibimbap.He had a hot vegetable soup to ho with his meal, and I a cold soup. For W36000, our 2 meals ordered at one of the POS were delivered w a set of chopsticks, spoon, a disposable, apron, paper napkin, and a cup of drinking water, each. We had to put our customer pager on a sensor pad on affixed on top of the table. That's how the delivery staff found our table to deliver our meals. It was such a wonderful experience!
