I am writing to express my disappointment with the purchase experience and follow-up service related to the Tudor Black Bay 58 watch with a blue dial that I purchased from Quera on November 19th, 2024.
Upon returning to my hotel that evening, I noticed a scratch on the side of the clasp, which should have been identified during a proper inspection at the time of issuance. This oversight occurred after the watch was resized for my wrist. Given that I briefly wore the watch (from boutique to hotel and train), it is potentially evident that the damage was present at the time of sale.
In addition, on November 21st, I sent an email to Quera requesting the production year of the watch. A week went by and I never received a response until I posted this complaint — a manager (Carlos) subsequently called me and requested that I take down this complaint in an effort to protect Quera’s reputation, trying to absolve the company of its missteps. Read moreI showed my interest in a particular watch, (3 years ago) i was told "impossible as im not a client" i said what do i have to do to become a client, they STAFF MEMBER told me "i had to buy a watch or jewellery to be able to become a client " to then be able to get on the WAITING list for the watch i showed interest in. At the time of my enquiry i already owned several high end pieces but i was made to feel second class maybe ?? Hard to describe !!! I thanked him for his time and purchased my first Rolex somewhere else and i dealt DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER of that shop.... no need to buy something else to be put on a waiting list..... i gave my details, the watch i was intersted in and 12 months later the call came....... Read moreReally bad experience! I called them to change the battery of my Breitling watch and over the phone they said yes, no problem. After I got there, we went up the stairs, took my watch, and returned after 5 min saying sorry we can't do it, we need to ship it to Switzerland and it will take about 4 weeks to get it back! I doubt they are even a Breitling representative if they just can't change the battery! I was replacing it in Geneva a couple of years before and it took like 3 min! I just hope they didn't get out any items as they seem very fishy! Just to sell watches and after that just don't care, so just don't go...
