Sin conocerlos, la chica, Belén, me transmitió mucha confianza y fue muy amable en todo momento. Como era para regalar, hizo todo lo posible para que lo tuviera a tiempo. La experiencia fue positiva. Très belle prestation. J'ai découvert cette boutique sur Etsy. De passage dans la boutique à Barcelone, j'ai pu échanger, en français, avec l'artisan. J'ai apporté mes dessins et idées. À partir de là, il a créé une parure : bague, collier-sautoir et boucles d'oreilles. Métal utilisé : argent, plaqué or. Commande le lundi récupérée le vendredi. Le tout est sobre et élégant. J'adore mon cadeau d'anniversaire.

Store associate Jorge was terrible. He was extremely rough when handling the delicate jewelry. When I told him I wanted the 40cm chain, he sold me the 50cm chain and INSISTED that it was the 40cm chain. I have better judgment and found out it was the wrong length! Dear shop owner, this is the worst experience and treatment I ever had in Spain. Please provide proper training for Jorge. He needs training on how to handle the jewelry properly with CARE! And LEARN TO LISTEN AND BE KIND TO CUSTOMERS. He seemed racist because his attitude towards other customers was entirely different. I am deeply saddened by this! I did end up buying the necklace but he made me feel so uncomfortable and he was so arrogant. If he does not like his job enough to do it well then please give him the opportunity to find a job he enjoys!

NOTE: Jorge broke one of your pendants because he was using PLIERS to clamp the pendants and necklaces! When I offered help, he was ARROGANT AND IGNORANT AND RUDE! I have never seen anyone like this.

There’s scratches on my necklace from his carelessness and using pliers!!! I am DEEPLY HURT AND SADDENED. I leave tomorrow so I have no time to exchange it. What can you do for me? This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I am very VERY VERY depressed...

Skilled, friendly, professional and very well priced. I got two custom designed silver rings made, they allowed me to bring in old jewellery I didn't like anymore to transform into these rings. Belen gave me consultation and was very welcoming and patient while I described my design in English. The rings came out exactly how I wanted, and took less time than I expected. I can highly recommend this store for anyone looking to make a special custom piece, you will be treated well by these craftsmen and will not be disappointed in their work.
