I was just on my way to the train station to leave Cordoba and trying to find my way around the maze of the streets in old part of the town, when I stumbled upon this little gem. A lot of small shops in Cordoba looks tempting and a lot of them sells silver but this one is just special and I am glad I found it. To my understanding everything is handmade and a lot of them is uniquely designed by the owner. Lady who served me was lovely, patient and extremely helpful, she explained designs and was answering all my questions. I only bought a small set of earrings but she packed it beautifully and there wasn't a moment when I felt like I am worse customer because I only buy a small item. I wasn't even planning on buying anything, but after spending some time inside, I really wanted to get something from that store as a souvenir and nice memory. We stayed in a house directly across from the workshop. My husband surprised me on Christmas with large madrone earrings because he knew how I loved your shop. I looked up the story of the bear and madrone tree. So 2 employees received the madrone fruit on leather necklace with a note on the history of it for Christmas. My close friend who has a FEB birthday received a set of amethyst earrings, and medallion. She loved it. Gran decepcion. Viajé a Córdoba en Diciembre de 2024 y compré unos pendientes. En Febrero se le cayeron varias piedras a uno de ellos, me puse en contacto con ellos y les envié el pendiente defectuoso tal y como me indicaron. Pues bien a día de hoy 25 de junio de 2025 aún no he recibido el pendiente arreglado, después de insistir en varios mails que no tuvieron respuesta y en el último me prometieron que me lo hacían llegar a la semana siguiente, pero no sé de qué mes... No tienen formalidad ninguna, mucho marketing pero servicio postventa pésimo por no decir nulo. Actualizo a 7/7/25: Acabo de recibir una llamada de la empresa, pidiéndome disculpas, que por mi parte son aceptadas y prometiendome el recibir mi pendiente. Espero tenerlos pronto.
