I don’t know why this place is top-rated. The shop has a run-down atmosphere. The staff who served us was cold and rude, not even trying to listen carefully to our orders. The labels are just laminated papers which look very cheap. We ordered three different types of flavours. None of them had an actual authentic taste. Vanilla was the worst. I don’t think it uses actual vanilla beans as it didn’t taste anything like vanilla. The staff did put a lot of ice cream in a small cup so this place is good at least for those who see quantity is more important than quality. We got better ice cream elsewhere for a cheaper price than 2.35 euro for a small cup. We won’t come back here again and won’t recommend it to anyone else.

Kids need up getting some ice cream and we got “leche merengada” and OMG this was about the best “leche merengada” that I have ever tried. Totally recommended. Staff was nice and the man was talkative while getting our orders ready. Not sure about their hours but we got there almost at midnight on a Saturday and it was still open.

Este lugar es mucho más que una heladería; es una verdadera celebración de la artesanía y el deleite gastronómico.

We wandered around the old and new town looking for decent ice cream and luckily found this place. It's worth the short work from main attractions and the price is very reasonable. Don't be afraid to ask to try before you buy, not every flavour is going to be the one for you. Chocolate orange 🍊 was great, Q boo another...
