I love silver jewelry, and I was looking for some special pieces to add to my collection during our trip to Spain. The ubiquitous filigree jewelry throughout Spain was not to my taste, so I was thrilled to see the gorgeous silver on display in this shop during our day trip to Cordoba. We went into the shop and immediately identified several pieces I just loved. We asked to see them, and the woman removed the first one (a pair of earrings) from the display with a sour look on her face. As I was trying them on, she informed my husband that the store was closed.
