Everything is good and dandy when you spend money, but when it comes to a faulty boiler that they need to fix for you they find all sorts of resons not to contact you and resolve the issue.
We bought a boiler and it was functional for about 2 weeks , then all of the sudden it stopped working. I called them and offered all details regarding the purchase and I was told I will receive a phone call from the technical team. Itâs been a week since my initial phone call, and no one came back to me with a phone call. The boiler is still not functional and they keep sending me emails saying that I have to contact a certain team. That team tells me to contact another team, so on and so forth.
Today they told me that they didnât reach back to as I have a foreign phone number, guess whatâŚthey seem to accept foreign credit cards just fain when you make a payment.

Not much good to go shopping there and be told that, sorry, there's nobody working in the kitchen department between 14:00 - 16:00! Those few people who were on duty, seemed more interested in chatting together in small groups than dealing with any clients.
