Mr. Wok — Restaurant in Cartagena

Visited this place on Chinese New Year day for dinner and was surprised that they were open! Priced at 15 euros per person ala buffet style, you get unlimited orders from their wide range of menu. Due to pandemic each menu is served in small portions instead of self-service from the buffet spread (which is perfect to minimize possible wastage and enables you to try variety). There is also another option of menu at 10 euros per person but the menu is limited to a number of menu selection. Price only covers for food and desserts, for drinks you will have to pay additional. I am Chinese and must say I was rather pleased at the quality of ingredients and taste. Fried rice was simple but excellent scores for the wok hei! We were two but ordered a total of 12 plates + 1 dessert + 2 drinks, went home super happy and full. Highly recommended for those who love authentic Chinese (not sure about sushi as we didn't try) and looking for a cheap place to fill your appetite. Perfect for large...

Absolutely awful.dont do it Im not sure how long the frozen deep fried beige food was under the lamps but really not good . The rice was awful totally dried out from the lamp So you had to go underneath to see if you could salvage some . I asked if they would male some more chips (cant go wrong with chips) i was told to put them in the microwave .yuk!! (They did make some more )

Salad .my daughter put some cucumber on her plate so she could maybe have something on it Fresh salad had vinegar all over it . The fresh fried meat section was ok I mean ok but you coupdnt have the rice or chips with it as that was really bad .

Overall 60 euro for 4 to eat all you like So 60 to come out hungry. Sorry but we new before we picked the food up Should have left then . All i can say is look at the food before...

Terribly dirty - needs a good thorough clean. Dread to think what state the kitchen is in!!

We went up to the buffet to have a look and changed our minds so left without risking eating. Understandably, we arrived nearing closing time so the food wasn’t at its best but the general cleanliness of the restaurant was disgusting. Seats were filthy, floor covered in broken glass, soft play area had either vomit or urine stains that hadn’t even attempted to wiped clean and that was only seen at the entrance who knows what was further inside.
