The store is located on the first floor within the vicinity of the Espacio Mediterranean shopping mall. I have personally been bombarded by many ads from this store on social media (Facebook and Instagram) even before finally deciding to try them out. Being Asian myself, my standard of expectations can be considerably high because I know what authentic Pad Thai tastes like. However, when we ordered for the classic Pad Thai with the highest level of spiciness (indicated as Thai spicy level) unfortunately there was zero presence of spiciness. Infact, I was baffled at the type of noodles served on my plate (I mean, that's instant noodles no?? Where is my flat rice pad thai noodles??). We did clarify with the waitress on the doubt of type or noodles we ordered and the lack of spiciness which she then affirmed us it was the correct order and then offered to give extra chilli flakes (as seen in picture). After adding the chilli flakes, then we could taste a little presence of spicy. We also ordered the noodles option with Siam Chicken and once again was disappointed to find nothing but a bland breaded chicken which texture was super dry and hard (no "Siam" marinated seasoning / taste whatsoever). For appetizers, we had the Chicken with Curry and Cheese rolls which was alright but overpriced for the price charged i.e. €3.90 for 2 pieces. We ordered vegan pad Thai and paid for extra vegetables. Not only was there barely the presence of any of the vegetables whatsoever, but there was barely a hint of perhaps what could be called flavour. Essentially we wound up with two little take out boxes of plain noodles that might have been damp at one point. There were no peanuts as described in the menu, truly it was a box of starch.

Quite honestly the most disappointing noodles I have ever had. On the plus side, I am sensitive to onions and there were absolutely none in...

Its difficult to reconcile the other reviews on here with my experience, which was uniformly bad.

Our chicken satay was chicken served with a small portion of a firm paste which was unlike any chicken satay I've eaten. The two tiny prawn and spinich spring rolls contained almost no prawns and were served with a sweet chilli sauce which completely lacked chilli. The Pad Thai mains were bland and while the photos on the menu showed an enticing medley of vegetables, I could only find carrot in my dish.
