Tengo que decir, antes que nada, que en este centro la gran mayoría del personal, es muy agradable. Donde normalmente veo atenciones más "secas" es en la perfumería y el remate ha sido hoy 4/3/2025 en torno a las 2 de la tarde, cuando observo que una señora pedía asesoramiento a la señorita que atiende en este departamento, sobre un maquillaje que se había probado en la mano. La respuesta de esta, además de con muy mala cara fue: "Se lo ha probado y no se nota, no? pues entonces ya está, ese es el que le va bien". Insisto, lo que aporta a este texto es la actitud y gesto de la señorita. A continuación, me llama la atención que está atendiendo a una señora y su hija que preguntaban por el lugar en que estaba un artículo que buscaban y cual es mi sorpresa, cuando observo que la misma señorita de la mala cara, es ahora todo un dechado de sonrisas que prodiga interactuaciones agradables. Por último, es ahora una señora la que le pregunta: "Perdona, los protectores solares?" No pude oír lo que nuestra señorita contestó, pero pude ver su actitud y movimientos: NI SIQUIERA LA MIRÓ Y SIN ACERCARSE LE SEÑALÓ CON LA MANO HACIA UN LUGAR Y SE FUE. Pude ver también como al alejarse hacia gestos """exagerados""" de pesadez, como si le molestara que le preguntase. Pero bueno!!!!! Qué le pasa a esta chica? - pensé- Será la versión femenina del doctor Jekyll y Mr. Hyde, en Mercadona? Me produjo tan mal cuerpo ver como trataba así de mal a dos señoras, que seguro que habrían agradecido tanto una atención amable, que es la que merecían, igual que la otra señora que tuvo la gracia de recibirla. Tan indignada estaba, que me dirigí a la señora que fue tan amablemente atendida a preguntarle si conocía a la señorita que acababa de atenderla (amistad, familia, vecinas ...), por saber de dónde podía venir ese cambio en "la señorita", aunque POR SUPUESTO, eso no justifica el cambio de trato, pero, no sé... por saber por qué cambiaba. En fin la señora, muy amable por cierto, me dijo que solo la conocía de verla cuando venía a comprar. Mi impresión es que esta señorita, aplica el trato según quien cree, piensa, supone, deduce ... que es compradora o no. Casualmente, pasaba un encargado de Mercadona y le expliqué lo ocurrido, el cual me atendió y escuchó con mucha amabilidad y aseguró que pondría los medios para que la situación no volviera a repetirse. Aún creo en la honestidad y espero que así sea. A ti, "señorita", ¿como te sentirías si hubiesen tratado a tu madre como tú ...
