Bad experience with this shop. First I tried to pass an order for a Certina watch seeing on their website that they were offering a 10% discount on it that would be deducted at check out. Unfortunately it didn't work so I contacted them and they said “sorry the offer is not available anymore we just forgot to remove the banner we will do it right away” (to this day they still haven't remove this banner advertising the fake 10% discount). None the less the person I spoke to said ok we will apply a discount manually I will call you later today to explain how to proceed. The next day while they still hadn't called me I received an automated email from them to encourage me to finalise the order I was about to complete yesterday. To help me make up my mind about this purchase they offer me a 15% discount valid for 2 weeks. So I went back to their website and finalised the order using this discount code. I paid the order and received 2 emails confirming the order but then what a surprise... 2 hours later I received a call from them to say this is an error they can't offer this discount on this watch... First time something like this happens to me whether in a physical shop or online : to buy a good, complete the payment and then later on the seller decide I paid too little and I need to pay more or cancel the order. Despite being a limited difference (30€), I cancelled the order as I felt cheated and mislead. The basis of customer care would have been to accept their errors and proceed with the order. Now they have saved 30€ but damaged their brand reputation and lost...

My wife and I first visited Midas Jewellers in Puerto Rico about six years ago and purchased some earrings, watch and gold chains. Staff are extremely friendly and we returned the following year and purchased another watch, Tag Heuer sunglasses and diamond ring, plus a gold bracelet. On the 25th January 2020, we returned for a holiday at the Taurito Princess and called into the shop for old times sake AND after four years Sonu remembered us and we had a good chat. Needless to say we purchased a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses and my wife was exceptionally pleased with a beautiful diamond and sapphire, delicate and unusual ring. Having returned home on the 1st February we booked to go again on the 22nd February and will no doubt be calling again. Sonu is very knowledgeable on all jewellery, watches, gold and certainly worth taking the time to visit...

I had a wonderful experience at this jewellery store. Harry was absolutely lovely. So kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He took the time to listen and guide me without ever being pushy, and he helped me find the perfect piece from their Majorica collection. It’s something I will truly treasure forever. I’m so grateful for his help and will definitely be returning the next time I’m looking for new pieces....
