Skicenter Baqueira Beret — Local services in Naut Aran

These people will steal your money and have no idea what customer service means. I made a reservation for gear rental online. When I arrived at 8:30 am to pick up, turns out the place is not located at the address posted in Google. Also, the hours are incorrect. They open at 9am. When I tried to call keep sending me to voice mail saying they were close. I'm a tourist and I was part of a group and we had an agenda. Since I couldn't get ahold of these people I had to rent gear somewhere else to be able to move on with my vacation trip. As soon as I had wifi access. I respectfully sent an email asking to cancel my reservation and get my money back because their contact information was all wrong and as a tourist I have limited communication. They literally say that it was my fault because they call me and that they will not give me my money. I explained my phone is from the US and didn't have full service. That they could have emailed me but thy never tried to contact me until I emailed them. So I respectfully ask to them to understand that is a big deal when you work in a tourist spot and your contact information is all wrong. Because this is how tourist find you. They basically ignore me and just charge my credit card. That's stealing.
