HINCHA - MIM Baqueira — Restaurant in Naut Aran

Very well decorated restaurant with good innovative cuisine. The pizzas are expensive, but nice, and the steak tartar was amazing. Some of the dishes, as well as all of the wine, are pretty overpriced. Although if you're willing to spend more, it probably will be good. The waiting staff was incredibly attentive and quick, we almost didn't wait in between dishes. The unfortunate part came with the bill, where we found 22.5€ of false charges. The hostess lady who brought us the bill quickly fixed the issue, but left abruptly (pretty rude) when I said that it's not a nice situation for a restaurant that presents itself as a luxury offering. We had dinner at the Hincha restaurant in the Mim hotel. The food was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. A staff member started vacuuming near our table during dinner, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, we had to wait a long time for the menu and struggled to get the attention of the waitstaff. They even forgot my mom's order, although they apologized and offered us chocolates afterward. Nuevo restaurante de moda en el hotel MIM de Baqueira que cumple todos los requisitos principales. Empezar por el servicio, super atento, amable y de nivel. Se nota que les importa dar un buen servicio y le ponen énfasis a este area. El local esta super bien decorado, con gusto y guiños al mundo del futbol pero de manera muy sutil. La comida en mi opinión estuvo muy buena y la oferta de la carta me gustó, hay para todos los gustos. Probamos la pizza marguerita y aunque me parece cara (18€) estaba buena. Los calçots con salsa de romesco buenisimos, plato super recomendado y mas en estas fechas que es temporada. Probamos tambien las ostras que eran francesas del n°2 y estaban de miedo. Como platos principales pedimos el carpaccio, un tiradito de salmon y el steak tartar que te lo preparan en la mesa, todo cumplio expectativas. Las patatas y los aguacates rellenos de acompañamientos muy buenos tambien. De postre, mi debilidad, el Tiramisú de galleta lotus, estratosferico. Alomejor soy poco objetivo porque me encanta la galleta lotus pero el postre esta muy conseguido, 100% recomendado aunque cueste 18€. En general el restaurante es caro pero como ya he dicho por lo menos todo esta bueno y el servicio es bueno. Por ponerle un pero los platos los traen demasiado rapido haciendo que la cena acabe siendo muy corta pero imagino que les interesa doblar mesas.
