Went in today to switch from UK PAYG to Spanish network on similar plan and cost. Found the assistant to be abrupt and at times just rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as I've been in Spain for three months and he's the first man I've met who is a total tosser. His groupie or gf sat in chair sniggering and quite obviously talking about my appearance thinking I couldn't understand any Spanish. I can and did. I was pointed toward the DigiMobil option and assured great coverage. The passport process took over 25 minutes. Then he barked something about needing my phone to install network. The whole experience was shocking and after leaving with new SIM in my phone discovered he had not setup correctly as no network. Had to find free WiFi and spent half an hour doing it myself. There are better places to go for this kind of service I'm sure, but took the recommendations on face value. Such a mistake and have not had good signal with Digi SIM. Barely H+ most of time. Likely be shocking when I head up to Comares, but...

I was on holiday in Nerja and ran out of my medication (statins). I searched and found numerous print shops who I hoped would be able to print my doctor's prescription for me to take to the Farmacia but the shops were either closed or flatly refused to help. Then I saw Digi Moviles Nerja on Calle San Miguel opposite Plaza Cantarero and approached the young man on duty at the counter, really not expecting him to help me as it was a mobile phone shop not a print shop. He explained that they wouldn't normally be able to help but he understood my predicament and my need to be able to get my medication, so he very kindly took my phone and as a massive favour, printed my prescription for me. It was a life saver! I know my review doesn't help anyone looking for a great shop for mobile phones but it is testament to the quality of staff, their empathy and helpfulness and so I can't recommend them more highly and very much appreciate the lovely young man that helped me that day,...

Thank you guys for fixing my business phone and amazingly do it in a single day. My iphone Max Pro ear speaker decided to stop working and it was a pain to replace, but I was not ready to upgrade my iphone yet. Digi Nerja had the part and fixed it. Even quickly replaced the lightening connector (which they could replace it with USB C). I can now charge it via Lightening port as well as MagSafe. Thank you for helping me out so promptly.
