Worst level of service and customer care ever experienced! Were unable to repair daughter’s iPhone XR so we bought a second hand iPhone 6 from them, for last week of holiday at a cost of €129. They were unable to unlock it and we spent every day of the last week of our holiday going to the shop and calling them for answers and progress. Every day we were promised it would be fixed. Every day we were let down . When we asked for a refund we were told it couldn’t be done! This started on 26 th May 2022. We gave our details for an international bank transfer to get our money back. It is now the 14 th June and still no refund! Our holiday was spoiled as a result of the incompetence of the staff and broken promises every day. I would never recommend this shop. Despite informing them that we would air our complaints by reviews unless the promised refund was given, we are still waiting!...

Slightly more expensive than similar services in comparable (=serious players with correct business and receipt) shops in Sweden. Went there after reading the Google reviews and was not disappointed. Most friendly and professional staff. They took care of business right away, explained what they were about to do, and then explained what was done when I picked up the phone when it was fixed one hour later.

There are many mobile repair shops in Nerja, I guess most of them are good, some may be cheaper, some not, but I would not bother to search for other options if I needed more repairs. I am a Moviles Nerja returning...

My husband needed a Spanish sim as he'd used up his data on his home plan. This was due to his Iphone security intermittently preventing use of our apartment wifi. Fran helped him choose a data plan and even fitted the sim for him. Excellent, friendly service, with good data price plans and just across from our regular coffee stop in Plaza Cantarero.
