Very nice place in a rather anonymous spot next to N332 where you don't expect much. Most often parking is easy to find. The restaurant does not have very many tables, so a reservation may be recommendable. We came without one, a family of 5, quite early at 17.30 and only got a table when we promised to vacate it before 18.30. Very tasty Indian food with a wide choice of dishes. The portions are not very big, but are fairly priced. The two waiters were very busy but fast and cordial. We enjoyed the modern light interior. Toilets are clean. After some hit-and-miss experiences on Cabo Roig’s eating street a little further south on the N322 we think we have found our favourite Indian restaurant...

Absolutely wonderful meal with Madras Café tonight - €32 for a set menu for 2, which was more than ample. Poppadoms, 2x starter, 2x main, 2x rice or naan, and a bottle of house wine.

Added to that with a few other drinks, but €50 for what we had was an incredible meal and a very fair price. The food was fantastic: delicious, fresh, varied, and portions were right on point. House white was genuinely tasty, and the 3 lads who served us across the night were great - not pushy, happy to accommodate any minor requests, and just seemed legitimately nice people.

Beautifully presented food, but much too sweet for any of our party to eat. The chef kindly made me a bhindi bhajee (not on menu), but it consisted of onions, a brown tasteless sauce and sugar......lots of sugar. I had to hunt around in the dish to look for the bhindi and there was none. Similarly the channa masala was too sweet to eat. This meal was far sweeter than any Bengali restaurant I have ever eaten in. When I told the waiter about it, he just laughed. My aloo chat consisted of brown tasteless mashed potato served on a soggy puri. No chick peas, no yogurt, no tamarind. No...
