This agency is assisting in illegal letting in Spanish Law! The properties are not legally registered as vacation letting, there is no Spanish Letting certification for this property! It’s always cash and travel to Las Palmas to give cash each month!! It’s very dodgy, so beware, even this agency are dodgy!! I experianced a demand for extra money after i moved into this property, it caused me anxiety and stress! Then as soon as i moved into this, builders came in to do work and it’s still not finished!!

I would not recommend this, especially as Pasito Blanco Is like a building site , so much noise every day, and this house has serious safety concerns!! Don’t live in Pasito Blanco, I had to live there for 9 months, it’s noisy, short term vacation parties all night, the beach is open to the general public, it’s not private Pasito Blanco like they all say!! and you get criminals stealing your belongings unless you lock everything away in your home, they just walk in and steal it!! They walk in past security and say they are going to the beach and it’s ok!! No registration of the person!! This is not a private secure place to live, even though they have a security entrance!! Honestly is an easy way to steakl from wealthy Homeowners), but the Homeowners) never live there apart from August!! The security entrance is only for cars driving in, not walking in😉😉!! This landlord is a dodgy one, and this agency is working with her… but the tax is evaded atm😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉it’s very dodgy so beware!!! I promised you to be careful😉😉oh and one more thing, this agency/landlord charged 3x what we are know paying for electricity, and they charge you for a low grade of wifi as you will struggle with...

Hun var meget ærlig og forberedt hele vejen igennem, hvilket vi nogle gange har manglet hos andre ejendomsmæglere! Det betød også, at vi havde en naturlig tillid til Line, hvilket var en rigtig god følelse at have.

Vi så en del huse med hende, og da vi fandt det, vi gerne ville have, var Line og hendes team også meget gode til at hjælpe i processen, så vi kunne blive enige om pris og øvrige vilkår.

Ukompliceret forløb takket være Line Halvorsens Ihærdig insats og kæmpe netværk, ikke mindst hendes dygtige team.

We can strongly recommend Line Halvorsen - When we thanks her found our dream holiday home!

Definitely a unique and competent real estate agent who works quickly, professionally and efficiently.

She was in constant dialogue with us in order to find the perfect home that will live up to our wishes and needs.

She was great at guiding and helping us through her vast network of getting us safe throughout the course of the Canary Islands. As we as a Danish and Norwegian couple were very worried, and nervous to start with throughout the process of buying a home abroad.

Today thanks to Line, we can enjoy our new dream vacation accommodation on Puterto Rico de Gran Canaria.

She was very proactive throughout the process and sent a lot of houses, including what we ended up buying. She was very honest and prepared throughout, which we have sometimes lacked at other real estate agents! It also meant we had a natural confidence in Line, which was a really good feeling to have.

We saw quite a few houses with her and when we found what we wanted, Line and her team were also very good at helping in the process so we could agree on price and other terms.

Uncomplicated process thanks to Line Halvorsen's hard work and huge networks, not least her talented team.

Una verdadera vergüenza el apartamento en las condiciones que me lo vendieron. 235.000€ pagué por él el 15 de enero del 2024 y tan solo 2 meses más tarde empezó mi amargura y mi sinvivir. Me cae agua a cascadas en el techo del baño y en teoría no encuentran la avería... así llevan 4 meses para buscar de donde viene la avería y cuando se dignan a venir después de miles de WhatsApps y llamadas (que muchas veces no contestan por nodecir casi siempre) no dan con la avería y sigo igual o peor. Vino un poco de lluvia y se me descascarilló toda la pared de la escalera, solo 2 meses después de la reforma. (Los pueden ver en las fotos) Un apartamento en teoría "reformado" y con los mejores acabados y mejores materiales según la inmobiliaria y según el constructor, y resulta ser que es una verdadera basura. Para cobrar los 3000€ de honorarios la inmobiliaria La Boutique Canary Real Estate ahí si que venían corriendo y daban la cara, en cambio cuando empezaron los problemas aquí no vino nadie ni ha venido nadie a 22 de mayo, ni me han buscado una solución a día de hoy. No han tenido ni la más mínima preocupación teniendo las oficinas a 5 minutos de aquí de acercarse y ver el problema de cerca. Solo he podido hablar por WhatsApp 2 o 3 veces por teléfono con Natalia la directora, y con Anju que fue la que me vendió el apartamento. Totalmente decepcionada con esta inmobiliaria La Boutique Canary Real Estate y sobre todo con la constructora Gestiones Trujillo Almeida S.L.U no contesta las llamadas ni los WhatsApp y tanto él como sus llamados "albañiles" son unos auténticos estafadores (son familia). Venden y desaparecen del mapa dejándote con el problemón aún teniendo 6 meses de garantía. ¿De verdad tengo que llegar al punto de denunciar tanto a la constructora como a la inmobiliaria? ¿Una mampara que llevo esperando desde enero y que a 22 de mayo no ha llegado, que pasa que el señor Leroy Merlin se fue a buscar la mampara a las Maldivas? NO COMPREN apartamentos a esta inmobiliaria La Boutique Canary Real Estate y menos a la constructora Gestiones Trujillo Almeida S.L.U. a nombre de Alexis Trujillo...
