The unfriendliest staff on Earth. An employee, I assume the store manager of Avda. Gran Canaria 28, screamed to us when we asked her to change the tobacco we just purchased because it wasn't the one we ordered. She prob didn't expect me to be able to speak Spanish and understand her trash talk about us with the cashier, so she confronted me in a really nasty way. Returning very often to Gran Canaria and I'm NEVER going to spend a single cent on here anymore. Not to mention most things are overpriced. If you're in the area and want to purchase cheaper items, just go across the bridge to Mercadona and Lidl. At least their employees tend to be polite to...

Very unprofessional and not willing to help customers. Their "fresh" milk was rotten but they didn't want to change it because I didn't have the receipt: they said I could change it only with another milk of the same brand but all of it was rotten as well. In the end, I had to buy another type of milk and they didn't refund anything. I guess they don't care about tourists, since they are not permanent customers.

The store is nice, clean and well sorted. I haven't had any issues with unfriendly stuff members yet, BUT the store is extremely expensive. Just one example: they sell you the cheapest german jam (ja!) for 4,70 €. So if you just want to grab some groceries you'll better visit other local stores. Initially we came here because Lidl didn't have any coffee filters left, so we bought some there (also from ja! extremely overpriced). I really don't understand why they...
