Neither of the steam rooms working and halfway through my shower, when I was covered in shampoo and soap the hot water stopped and wouldn't come back on. Eventually I was taken downstairs to a shower in one of the treatment rooms. All that and I had to pay...

It had everything I needed. The spa thermal circuit is amazing and very relaxing. The gym was well equipped for a hotel gym. It all just needs bringing up to date. It was clean and the staff were...

La piscina del spa està muy bien. Aviso, los chorros y jacuzzis se van alternando automàticamente lo que hace que vayas de unos a otros y no te acoples en uno todo el tiempo. El trato en recepción creo que es mejorable ya que llamé para confirmar la reserva que hice por su página web, en la que te piden la hora de llegada y te dicen que se pondràn en contacto contigo pero no lo hicieron, y Susana me dijo que no hacía falta llamar ni reservar hora para la hidroterapia, pero en un poco en plan tengo prisa qué pasa que no te enteras(cuando yo sólo seguí las instrucciones de su pàgina y en ella decía que había que...
