I damaged the charging port of my phone and this shop said they could fix it. They said it was a quick job but during the day I kept getting weird responses about delays / ongoing problems (I had to leave my phone with them). I went back in after a few hours to find out what the problem was and they said it would be done by the end of the day. Eventually about about 9pm they called and said it was fixed. However when I collected it they explained that in fixing the charging port they had accidentally “burned” the screen, had ended up needing to replace that and that I should have to pay for 50% of that also. I felt I had no choice as needed my phone back but felt relieved that at least I effectively had a refurbished phone. I flew home the next day and then more problems started. The phone effectively no longer functioned. It crashes constantly, the phone said that the screen they fitted was not “recognised”, there is still a “burn” mark on the supposedly new screen, the torch no longer worked, the battery no longer lasted for more than a few hours, the screen they fitted started “peeling away” and today I find that the back has completely shattered despite not having been dropped and being contained in a super sturdy case. I believe it’s all connected as had none of these problems before. This all cost me circa £300 to repair for a phone that was only 2 years old. Complete waste of money as have now had to buy...

I SAY RUUUUN before you buy anything in this shop!!! Bunch of scammers! From the girl in shop , 'manager ' and owner who 'has few this kind of shops in Spain'. I bought phone there for dubble of price (taking advantage that mine was broken and I was stress with lack of sleep) at the same day I found this out and I wanted to returned it. I ve been told to wait till 'big boss' will return from Madrid in week time (Friday the 12th), and that I'm here for week holiday, (that was Saturday the 6th of August).On Monday the 8th the big boss called me to convince me that return is possible on Friday the 12th and this day he will be back to lanzarote. On Friday afternoon got phonecall from the "bigboss" from Madrid telling me that he will be the same today around 20 to except the return. I was there at 19:30 he didn't showed up. The girl in the shop was calling me and I was assure that he will be in shop in one hour. I went for half an hour walk and guess....when I was back the shop was closed. After exchanging few phones with "manager" I was assure that he went to get cash to hgive me in order of my return and but the 'big boss from Madrid ' wouldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. 20 o clock nothing, 20:30 nothing, 21 o'clock, 21:30 o'clock nothing few phonecalls with manager. 22 o clock nothing. The shop remained closed. Those people should only make curry not do any business with normal ,humble people.

¡DIGO RUUUUN antes de comprar cualquier cosa en esta tienda! Montón de estafadores! De la chica de tienda, 'directora' y propietaria que 'tiene pocas tiendas de este tipo en España'. Compré el teléfono allí por el doble de precio (aprovechando que el mío estaba roto y estaba estresado con la falta de sueño) el mismo día me enteré de esto y quería devolverlo. Me han dicho que espere a que el 'gran jefe' vuelva de Madrid entre semana (viernes 12), y que estoy aquí de vacaciones, (eso fue el sábado 6 de agosto). El lunes 8 el gran me llamo el jefe para convencerme de que el viernes 12 es posible volver y ese dia estara de vuelta en lanzarote. El viernes por la tarde me llamó el "gran jefe" de Madrid diciéndome que hoy estará igual sobre las 20 excepto la vuelta. Estuve allí a las 19:30, no apareció. La chica de la tienda me estaba llamando y le aseguré que estará en la tienda en una hora. Fui a caminar media hora y supongo... cuando regresé, la tienda estaba cerrada. Después de intercambiar algunos teléfonos con el "gerente", aseguré que fue a buscar efectivo para darme el orden de mi regreso y pero el "gran jefe de Madrid" no se molestó en contestar el teléfono. 20 en punto nada, 20:30 nada, 21 en punto, 21:30 en punto nada algunas llamadas telefónicas con el gerente. 22 en punto nada. La tienda permaneció cerrada. Esas personas solo deberían hacer curry, no hacer ningún negocio con personas...

Stay well away... Screen replaced on my phone I was told it was going to be the Google pixel 7 pro replacement screen and it would cost €150 . My screen does not adjust to the colours my Google pixel screen did before camera is shocking . Brought to a local shop at home and told the screen cost them 30 e to repair and it's not the Google pixel screen . I was told 2 hours ,dropped @ 10 am and it was finished @ 6pm .. absolute scammers . It's the same technician on the island and he was p**d off when I shopped around "he told me a price already " and to stop shopping around . Screen is worse...
