Friendly attentive staff. And they talk a lot. That’s all you get. If you buy an expensive pair of sunglasses and go back just a few weeks later with the frame snapped.... THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU YOU HAVE BROKEN THEM YOURSELF!!! ...not ‘possibly’ or ‘maybe’ but YOU DID IT... Mr customer !!!

These people show no customer interest whatsoever and sadly risk comments like this online rather than make the slightest effort to keep their customers. But most shoppers of course only ever visit once once when on holiday. Avoid this place - and use Funde Grubb or even better a a trip to Sam Boutique in Arrecife. Avoid Mango.

Personal amable y atento. Y hablan mucho. Eso es todo lo que obtienes. Si compra un par de gafas de sol caras y vuelve unas semanas más tarde con el marco roto ... ¡LE SOLO LE DICEN QUE SE HA RODIDO! ... no "posiblemente" o "tal vez", pero USTED LO HIZO ... ¡¡Señor cliente !!!

Estas personas no muestran ningún interés de los clientes y, lamentablemente, se arriesgan a hacer comentarios como este en línea, en lugar de hacer el menor esfuerzo para mantener a sus clientes. Pero la mayoría de los compradores, por supuesto, solo visitan una vez cuando están de vacaciones. Evita este lugar, y usa Funde Grubb o incluso mejor, un viaje a Sam Boutique en Arrecife....

I saw it behind the counter….” Then she said wasn’t there and she double check with her colleagues, which denied to have seen that specific bottle… How did she know which bottle to look for, if we didn’t describe it at the moment we asked, but she knew it exactly the type?
