Correos — Local services in Valencia

Wow. Just wow. Buy a package which should be delivered at the house. I recieve 2 emails saying that I weren't in the house for the package to be delivered. I am offered a link to reschedule or pick it up. This doesn't work... as in... The user experience is horrible, and it finishes up with a "save" entries, and then it doesn't. I did this 7 times without it working. Then I decide to walk to the office, and I spend 10 minutes with the kind employee, which isn't authorised to have the package sent to this office so that I can pick up the package. Wow... then what are they supposed to do during work? She opens the same application as I had already tried, and I also doesnt work for her, and she says that "this happens sometimes". Okay, but hasn't been fixed yet? I am told to then contact this same company through the website.... And here we go again. The website doesn't work. It was "correos express", and it is nothing but useless. I will never ever use this if I have an option not to use it again. Also, it was just a book priced 20 euros,.... the time trying to retrieve this could have been spent working.... so basically, will probably just buy that same book somewhere else, and avoid having to deal with this waste-of-time-company again. Just WOW....Useless. Worse than...

Scam!! I order a package from USA, paid 50€ for delivery to the door, it never came and suddenly it appeared in this office. I came there the same day and they charged me 25€ for “keeping it”. Correos is the worst carrier, who often losing packages, charges extra fees and their couriers never delivers your pack to the door, leaving it like you didn’t collect it.
