Delusione e enorme per un locale che ha del potenziale enorme. Situato nella marina di Valencia questo posto se tenuto meglio, se fosse gestito diversamente ma soprattutto se avesse del personale qualificato avrebbe sicuramente molto più successo. Si è prenotato un tavolo per 5 persone con una bottiglia di Gin. Iniziamo con l'attenzione al cliente pessima dall'arrivo. Chi ci accoglie all'entrata giusto si preoccupa di farci passare senza neanche quasi salutare, arriviamo al bar attendendo minuti che qualcuno ci chiedesse qualcosa (da specificare che il personale non era impegnato in altro) ma quando si avvicina una cameriera la prima cosa xbe ci chiede e a nome di chi è stata fatta la prenotazione. Ne un buonasera, ne un benvenuti nel nostro locale ma direttamente nome e cosa volete consumare. Ordiniamo la bottiglia di Gin che era stata già pagata al momento di prenotare e la servono al tavolo con dei rinfreschi. Da notare che i tavoli e le sedute sono alquanto squallidi, in plastica e tutti sporchi, si nota che il mobilio edi pessima qualità. La vera nota dolente è poi il servizio al tavolo, quando chiediamo che ci portino altri rinfreschi per accompagnare il Gin e soprattutto del ghiaccio da inserire nel bowl, la cameriera quasi si allontana in maniera spazientita come se ci stesse facendo chissà quale piacere. Quando le richiediamo di portarci un altro rinfresco perché si era sbagliato neanche vi dico la faccia che ha fatto. Il ghiaccio poi viene servito al tavolo aprendoci direttamente la busta da 1 kg che compri in qualsiasi mercadona e ci viene versata la parte proporzionale che contiene il bowl. In definitiva per quello che si paga per un tavolo o per una semplice consumazione relazionato al pessimo servizio ed ai dettagli che rendono il posto tutt'altro che Glamour questo posto è molto sopravvalutato e pensare che viene considerato tra i top a Valencia. Posto da evitare...

Veles e Vents is such a cool spot, especially if you enjoy being by the water. It’s right in the marina, and the design of the building is really modern, with big, open terraces where you can chill and look out over the port and the sea. When I visited, I loved just relaxing with a drink and watching the boats go by.
