I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant recently, and I must say I was positively impressed. The atmosphere is very cozy, creating a welcoming feeling right away. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous, making the service a truly pleasant experience.

One of the things I liked the most was the variety of culinary offerings provided by the restaurant. There's truly something for every taste! Whether you're a fan of traditional cuisine or looking for something more innovative dishes, you'll definitely find something that satisfies you.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Dente - Italian pasta bar. The restaurant is situated in a charming area of the city and has an inviting atmosphere. The decor is simple yet elegant, featuring soft lighting and comfortable seating. One of the highlights is the mini terrace outside the restaurant that provides a nice setting for enjoying the meal in the fresh air. Additionally, the restaurant has the added benefit of having a waiter who speaks English, making it a great choice for international visitors or those who are not fluent in Spanish.

As a pasta lover, I ordered the Spaghettoni al pomodoro e basilico fresco, and it was cooked to perfection, with the pasta being perfectly al dente, just as the name suggests. Oh my! This is like being in Italy except you are near the beaches of Valencia.

We could not have asked for a better experience. Stefanie and her crew are fantastico! And the food…simply say FABULOUS-O!!

My husband and I were out for a bike ride on 12.12.2023 and decided to stop in. Funny as we have passed by and didn’t even realize such an amazing REAL Italian restaurant was tucked into a small space right here. We loved that we could lock up our bikes and be seated outdoors to keep an eye on our bikes.

Service was super friendly and professional. We shared a caprese salad then I enjoyed penne with a great spicy Arrabbiata sauce (vegan). My husband loved his vegetarian lasagna. The menu offers quite a few vegetarian and vegan options which is a HUGE bonus!

Prices are extremely fair. Seating both outdoor and indoor.

They have a variety of desserts. Of course tiramisu!

Stefanie checked in with us often. We enjoyed Lemoncello at the end saying Saluti to coming back again and again!!
