Nexo CrossFit — Local services in Valencia

My wife and I dropped in at NEXO CrossFit for a full week while traveling, and we had an amazing experience. The programming was well thought-out. We got to hit strength days, partner workouts, and had time to work on skills in class. Well balanced full week.

The facility is huge, clean, and clearly a hub for the local fitness community. It’s the kind of place where people genuinely want to be. Great energy, great people.

Special shoutout to Coach Dilian, who coached all of our classes (7:40am) She’s knowledgeable, super engaging, and does a great job balancing intensity and individual attention. You can tell she really knows her stuff and runs a tight class.

Highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting or looking for a strong CrossFit community...

Fantastic service and able to accommodate my class requests for my 5 day stay. Mon - Thurs classes were professional, perfect group size and delivered with attention to form and quality over just getting a WOD done. Members friendly and welcoming.

Facilities were brilliant, changing room clean and offered shower, toilet and change area.

Gym facilities: great space and well developed - Coach Zoltan has the timings and working spaces perfectly balanced to allow multiple classes every 30 mins.

The place that feels like home! Having tried almost every box in Valencia, this is by far the best. The coaches are very attentive, always find something to teach you, as well as praise you. They really, really focus on technique which prevents injuries, builds strength, and makes for great athletes. The programming is very complementary and meant for 4–6 days a week of working out. They are really good at adapting and making it accessible for every body and every level. The whole place is cleaned twice a day and athletes use sanitation spray after every workout.
