My wife gifted me a cooking class with Chef Claudio as a date night, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Chef Claudio’s culinary expertise is evident from the moment you step into the kitchen. He guided us through the process of making an authentic Italian Carbonara, sharing invaluable tips and best practices that elevated the dish to another level.

The evening was enriched with amazing wine and sangria, which perfectly complemented the flavors of our meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, made even better by the company of other food enthusiasts who were just as eager to learn and enjoy the experience.

My husband and I had never done a cooking class and we decided to book with Claudio while visiting Valencia for a date activity - truly an amazing experience. We made incredibly delicious pasta with Claudio’s guidance, probably the best we have ever had and we have both been to Italy. Not only was this class instructional and simple to follow along, but it was so fun learning from Claudio’s expertise with cooking and his quite interesting life journey....

Contactamos con Claudio para la realización del taller y nos envió la dirección de su casa para realizarlo, evidentemente, sin nosotras saber que el taller se realizaría ahí. Pensábamos que el taller sería en el restaurante, tal y como se vende en el video a través del que contactamos con él, y en ningún momento nos indicó lo contrario. Vinos en vaso de cristal, pasta servida en platos de plástico, cuencos con distintos fiambres (nada parecido a la bandeja espectacular que aparece en el video), una cocina de 5 metros cuadrados si llega donde no cabíamos los 5 participantes... Claudio esta realizando un taller en su casa, sin cumplir ningún tipo de medida de seguridad ni de higiene, y sin informar debidamente de cómo y dónde se va a realizar el taller. Me da que no es la primera vez que hace esto. Nada más llegar, al haber pagado ya el taller, decidimos callarnos y hacerlo por educación, por no liar el espectáculo. Tras realizar el curso, le comentamos nuestra impresión y reaccionó nervioso. Nos dijo que nos invitaría a mamma pazzo. Evidentemente, no tenemos ninguna prueba escrita esto, porque contamos con que esto no vaya a suceder. En definitiva: esto es una estafa, un peligro y una falta de respeto hacia los que se han dejado 60 euros en asistir a un taller del cual no se les ha informado debidamente de las condiciones de realización.
