I have left some wheels to fix in the workshop more than a week ago and they were supposed to send me message the day after but I got no news for one week. I keep calling, sending emails / facebook message but nobody never answers. Disappointed by a brand I like a lot edit : I eventually got my wheels properly changed for good price so not bad but shame it took long time and they were never answering. Everything is written in catalan, very unfortunate as many foreign people spend their holidays in Salou. Very annoying having to ask questions to the staff all the time. Not a clever idea from the sales and marketing departments. Many sales and customers lost. This place is in Spain, so spanish should be used. Thank you Decathlon, this is a great example of political intrusion from the catalan radicalist parties. No other than catalans seem to be welcome. A well run machine. Friendly staff. Knowledge of the category not always there as I talked to staff about an article they didn't seem to know well and too quickly let go of the customer by saying they don't have it in their store. They did and I found it later. Careful here: ask deeper of get more category knowledge. That said, it is more a suggestion than a problem.
