Colas eternas, servicio nefasto, teníamos dos bonos de 20.5€ web y a mí me cobraron los 20.5€ por lo que estáis viendo en esta foto (tras pelear porque íbamos a pagar más aún - nos querían cobrar más). A dos chicos franceses que pasaron antes que nosotros y tenían bono de comida también les cobraron más. Parece que el bono web es de segunda categoría (que no se os ocurra comprarlo y menos canjearlo en este establecimiento si pensáis que es algo premium y os va a ahorrar colas - NO lo es). Muchísima gente porque cerraron muchos restaurantes. Esperamos una hora en la cola. Te dan sensación de timo continuo. Olga muy borde y David no se entera. Nos tenían que haber devuelto la diferencia y no lo han hecho. Si buscáis algo medianamente sano no lo vais a encontrar aquí. Para no volver al parque entero, nos vamos con una mala sangre increíble.

La comida es... Para resumir, la comida que comería una mosca desesperada, el pan está más duro que el mandoble de un caballero, la cebolla "caramelizada" es una mezcla de cebolla pochada desmenuzada, sabe a basura, las patatas más blandas que las alas de murciélago de una mujer de 80 años, los canelones están decentes. Le pongo 2 estrellas por el servicio, sí fuera por la comida y la distribución de las mesas no le pondría ni un cuarto de estrella, en nuestra mesa había una colmena de abejas (se ve que estaban grabando la abeja maya y no lo sabía). Las bebidas son tan geniales que le ponen hielo y no le ponen tapa ni pajita, solo para que te atragantes un poco.

Preis nicht vorhanden. Als All inclusive Gast des El Paso Hotels war dies mein Mittagessen, dass im Preis inbegriffen ist. Ich habe 1€ extra für den Bacon und den Käse auf dem Fries bezahlt. Das gesamte Menü war groß, auch gut. Die Nachos für mich etwas zu versalzen. Dafür im Cola wenig Eis um mehr Cola in den Becher zu bekommen. Der Burger war durch aber noch ein wenig saftig. Das Dessert ein Joghurt Eis mit Oreo war sehr gut. Durchschnittliches Park essen. Das Ambiente im Western Stil sehr schön und genügend Sitzplätze waren vorhanden. Das Personal spricht wie im gesamten Park kaum Englisch aber es wird zumindest versucht.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met. Scammed me out of food for the kids, I asked the guy serving food if a certain desert was available for the kids meals and I was told yes. When I got to the till they charged me extra for the desert for the kids. When challenged they went nuts and the attitude was horrendous. When asked for fresh cheesecake from the fridge instead of the one they tried to push on us that was sitting on the counter with flies landing on it we were given eye rolls. For the cost of the food which was outrageous, you would think it would come at least with a good attitude. The food was disgusting cold and cooked hours prior to us buying it.. the burgers was like chewing on an old dryer up sponge. I will never eat here again and would avoid at all costs. I bought 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals and it came to over 80 euro... I have scraped tastier food from the...

Had the pasta, vegan burger and Apple tart with a cola which cost about €18, so value for a theme park restaurant it was ok. The burger tasted lovely, really nice that they offered some type of vegetarian / vegan food as it was lacking in other places. Service was slow waiting for the burger, but otherwise was OK. Burger bun was slightly dry but the filling was amazing. Apple tart was very tasty. Restaurant was clean and tidy with plenty of seating. Really good if there are big groups of people so you can all sit together. Would recommend as price is reasonable and...

Imagine calling a restaurant the old steakhouse, BUT NOT SERVING STEAK, What a ridiculous thing to do, as for the food they did actually serve .. OVERPRICED rubbish, my wife, myself and my son ate here and between the 3 of us it cost almost €60 for absolutely the worst food I've ever eaten. Along with the fact a dirty cat sleeping on the tables people were eating at. AVOID THIS RIP OFF place with the fraudulent name and unhygienic eatery...PS the only reason it got 1 star was because I had to in order to post the review. It doesn't even deserve...
