Sala Glow — Local services in Vitoria-Gasteiz

This was absolutely one of the craziest experiences I ever had. They only have 3.1 stars anyways so I’m sure they do not care about the reviews of this establishment, but I come to warn you. 4 of us all from different Latin American countries came to visit this night club as we were told it was one of the only two good ones in the area. Mind you a good night club with 3 stars is already a very low quality. We show up To the door without causing any problems or anything and they denied us entry saying that we weren’t students from Spain (it was university night at the club) a local that we were with however told Us it didn’t matter if we weren’t from the university They would let us in. We asked and they denied entry again. We left and came back seeing why exactly they wouldn’t let us in. They directly told us that it didn’t matter how much money one paid or how nice of people we were, the bouncer told us “we did not fit their profile” I openly called them racists and they dared to get offended saying they had Hispanics from all over just at security. They didn’t understand that i was calling them racist for denying entry to any group No matter of color or ethnicity. Alejandro was the bouncer that openly told us, which in all honesty I appreciated because the other 6 bouncers were complete imbeciles. Now when you see 6 bouncers at the door of a place, it normally means that this place has many issues. Whether it’s denying entry to people of color or other nationalities, or just being a dangerous place, I would 10/10 recommended you rather go to any other bar to experience a good time in Vitoria gastéis because the city is beautiful and shouldn’t Be judged by people that work at this club. At the end of the day I understand the bouncers had a job to do so my problem does not lie with them. My problem is with the establishment as they hold the morals, and rules to be placed upon entry. Increíble falta de respeto y organización. Esta discoteca prometió desde un principio que todos los graduados del 2007 (los que estábamos celebrando nuestro bachillerato) podríamos entrar sin problemas. Muchos compramos entradas, reservamos mesas o incluso organizamos grupos confiando en su palabra. Pero, cuatro días antes del evento, sacan un comunicado diciendo que menores no pueden entrar.

¿En serio? Nos dejaron tirados en un momento tan especial.No es solo cualquier fiesta, era nuestra graduación, una noche única que no se repite. Si desde el principio hubieran aclarado sus normas, habríamos buscado otro sitio, pero cambiar las reglas a última hora es una falta de consideración enorme.

Peor aún, no ofrecieron disculpas reales ni soluciones (como reembolsos o cambiar la fecha para un evento +18). Simplemente incumplieron lo prometido y dejaron a decenas de estudiantes sin plan después de meses de expectativa.

Una empresa que trata así a sus clientes no merece confianza.Si no pueden cumplir su palabra, al menos que tengan la decencia de compensar a los afectados. Pésima experiencia, cero...

Antro de mala muerte cutre y nada recomendable. Carteles de promos y comentarios a chicas en la cola para entrar sexistas. Porteros o, mejor dicho, la política de entrada que les mandan sus superiores, racistas y xenófobas. No dejaba entrar a colegas por ser negros, magrebíes o de etnia gitana. Ponen de excusa la vestimenta cuando delante nuestro entran otros blancos igual vestidos. A otro colega que nunca había entrado le dijeron que ya la había liado dentro... El sello se borra y luego te ponen pegas para volver a entrar. El reservado no merece nada la pena. Mis colegas ya hemos decidido no volver... Además, el público que va, aunque hay de todo como en todos lados, en general, deja mucho que desear y esto influye en el ambiente... Tíos cerdos acosando a chavalas, incluso se denunció el uso de burundanga en el antro. Chicos y chicas buscando pelea. Cada fin de semana hay movidas, hasta gente pegándose con cadenas, tirando vasos y botellas... Niñatos rompiendo retrovisores de coches, dando patadas a coches y bicis aparcados...
