Texas Longhorn — Local services in Östersunds kommun

A bit overpriced, but it's a franchise so what can you do? The worst part about this place is the service. You literally need to hunt someone down to get a new drink or tell someone they messed up your order.

I've been here a few times and it's almost as if they don't want to sell anything? If I could have found some staff I would have had more then one drink and some extra food every time, but the time spent trying to order is better spent going to another bar after the food.

I write this review sitting and waiting to give the food order and it's going directly to the management of Texas longhorn Östersund. It is totaly unprofessional and greedy to have on schedule only one waiter and one chef Saturday evening. The excuse of corona is good but everyone who comes in has already book a table so probably you knew that is gonna be busy day. This review is about the pop up tent along the pier. The food was extremely underwhelming. The burgers had little toppings, the fries were plain, and we ordered nachos that came out with nothing on them. Search up nachos, what comes up? Tortilla chips loaded with cheese at the bare minimum. What came out to us was a tiny tiny handful of tortilla chips and a small tub of guacamole. That was 80kr.
