Nice place for a lunch or an afternoon fika. Open the gigant glass doors when the weather is good, close them when windy. The view over the lake and Frösön Island is always magnificent. We went for shrimp salad and the whole gang was pleased. Too bad they don't serve wine or beer.

The view can be amazing but there's not much to sit on and the middle path with light gravel, becomes a mess in all but summer. I can barely walk there without destroying my shoes or in winter slip and hurt something

Trevligt område som under Gregori marknad blommat ut med en massa matställen och aktiviteter i närheten. Om man skall nämna någon nackdel så är det att uthyrning av sparkar, långfärdsskridskor och hockeyutrustning inte öppnar förrän 11:00. Är man här i samband med världscupen i skidskytte så krockar det. Bättre vore att det öppnade som allt annat klockan 10 (eller helst 09:00 då det redan var mycket folk en solig dag). Den dag vi kunde så fanns det dock inga sparkar tillgängliga ens vid 11:00. Överkomliga priser vid uthyrningen.

Beautiful place, but we unfortunately arrived the day of Ostersund Festival! Very busy but good atmosphere, music, fairgrounds and food. The music went on until 1.30am and the bass drum vibration...
