Had a bad experience today. Went to return 3 packets of frozen coconut threads since they are spoiled and smelly. I opened one of the pack and understood its spoiled. It was Manufactured in June 2020 and expires on June 2022. But it was already spoiled 3 months before its expiry. I shown the salesman there the opened package and he also agreed it smells bad. But he was not ready to take the return of opened package though it was spoiled while sold. He took unopened packages and kept for sale again. I asked, why he is keeping that back, even though one of them is spoiled and others from the same batch might have also spoiled. But he didn’t bother saying its not expired.
This is not the way he should treat spoiled food items. So, be careful while buying food...

One time they even charged me more by billing two sizes of product same as the bigger pack. Luckily I checked the prices in car and questioned. He replied that it's not possible and when I offered to bring product from car, he asked me to bring both pack and the. Reluctantly returned extra money. It's strange that your staff is neither greeting or helping customers nor doing the billing properly.
