Would rate them lower if I could.Worst experience with the person in charge. We paid for some arcade games that costed us 40kr for a two player game, one of the guns for the game did not work so we went to the desk and asked for help, they couldn’t help us but offered 20kr back to which we said we paid 40 and we wanted to play together so we both didn’t play and should have the whole amount back, the staff replied very rudely to that and said that we are just standing there arguing for 20 kr and she is actually giving us 20kr from her own pocket.Really? Guilt tripping customer for your faulty machine? You are a bussiness and we did not PLAY, one of us stood there trying our guns and see which one worked and which didn’t. You run an arcade bussiness so you would know those games are not longer than a minute or two and when we stood there trying your faulty machine, none of us could have really played. It isn’t about 20kr but about the service and do whats right. She said we can do whatever we want and she doesn’t care about the review. That is a ridiculous way to talk to a customer that too when they were completely at fault. We left and had a much pleasant time at biljardpalatset instead.
