Sportzentrum Gstaad — Local services in Saanen

My favorite indoor pool to swim laps. I use the pool outside for the water jets and bubbles with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Then I treat myself to an AMAZING veggie crêpe and read. It’s a sport/spa center within beautiful design. For an additional 14 CHF you can add more spa options to your experience.

There are reclining chairs inside and outside. A great place to bring the family. The kiddie pool has a fun slide and there is always a lifeguard watching over both pools. This facility is impeccably clean. Indoor tennis court also available.

In a 10 min walk up along the river, you will be on the Main Street of Gstaad or at the train station. I take the bus from Les Diablerets and the 45min ride there...

Während der Auktion von Oldtimer durfte ich dort ein Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig gestaltet, wirklich sehr sauber und hatte ein fantastisches im Zimmer integriertes Badezimmer. Dazu war es wirklich vorzüglich geheizt und das Bett in dem ich geschlafen habe, war äußerst komfortabel. Dazu war es sehr gut isoliert in Sachen Kälte von außen, aber auch in Sachen Lärm von anderen Zimmern oder von einem über oder unter liegenden Stockwerk. Das im Sportzentrum direkt angegliederte Restaurant war vom Essen und von der Qualität her wirklich exzellent und auch die Preise waren wirklich sehr sparsam berechnet und die Portionen sehr groß dazu ! Das dort arbeitende Personal war ausnehmend freundlich und gab sich sehr viel Mühe und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für besondere Wünsche. Als ich etwas ganz Spezielles bestellte zum Abendessen für mich alleine, kam sogar der Koch persönlich an den Tisch um mich anzufragen wegen bestimmten Details und das Gericht, dass ich bestellte kam ganz genauso zu mir an den Tisch, wie ich es mir vorgestellt und gewünscht hatte. Hier in Zürich wo ich wohne, kriegen die meisten Köche so etwas nicht auf die Reihe und verlangen erst noch das Doppelte ! Vollumfänglich kann ich dieses Sportzentrum mit den angegliederten, oben beschriebenen, wirklich sehr komfortablen Zimmern nur weiterempfehlen und wer sich dort schon aufhält um zu übernachten, sollte das zum Sportzentrum gehörende Restaurant unbedingt be- und versuchen, den jeder wird merken dass er so etwas nur selten je angetroffen hat !
