Products looked great but service awful. Lady at Counter very rude and dismissive. Very slow with coffee / made wrong order twice and then criticised our choices. Not helpful and ruined the experience. We had asked for a kaffee and then clarified ‘Americano’. An espresso was made and then rolled eyes when we asked for an americano. When asked for milk with americano - stated to us that that’s not an americano then.. when we asked for a latte macchiato she started stating it is very different to espresso macchiato but since order had already been made wrong for americano we were easy going saying would take either espresso macchiato or latte machiato and then she was very condescending stating how different they were when we were just trying to be easy going after mistake had...

The woman serving was an absolute sweetheart. I'd give all the stars to her! The hot chocolate was perfect and I'd buy it again any time. The liquor cherries in chocolate were also lovely. We also bought a mix of chocolates. Most were good (not great/to match the price). I'm sorry they don't have normal whisky chocolates too. The ones they have with smokey whisky was like eating smoke. But the biggest disappointment was that all chocolates with half of walnut on them had rancid taste, which is unacceptable,...

A real treat any time of the day! Perfect stop for incredible chocolates, finger sandwiches or simply to enjoy the best hot chocolate in town. There is always something new to taste...
