#高雄#鼓山#哈瑪星貿易商大樓 哈瑪星地區因為海運和鐵路運輸的交通樞紐，成為高雄最早的政經中心，也因此吸引眾多進出口貿易商、銀行等進駐，如台灣銀行、台灣商工銀行、三十四銀行高雄支店、彰化銀行、郵便局等重要金融機構林立於此，其中昔日高雄最早的車站-舊打狗驛(今高雄港站)前的站前大通(正對車站的道路)，更有「高雄金融第一街」之美譽，是重要的歷史場域，貿易商大樓便設立於此。 . 貿易商大樓的原址，前身為日治時期2層樓高的高級旅館「春田館」，因位於車站前，周圍又是金融、貿易、運輸等產業的重鎮，1940年代左右，哈瑪星、鹽埕一帶共有15間旅館，春田館可說是其中元老級的旅館之一，憑藉地利吸引許多達官顯要的人物投宿，住一晚的價格直逼當時的一套高級西裝，惟於高雄大空襲中被炸毀。 . 現在看到的4層樓建物則是在戰後於1951年於原址重建成的新大樓，最初曾作為國民政府撤退來台時的難民收容處以及聯勤第二收支處辦公室，據說也是當時哈瑪星最高樓層的建物。1963時此建物由高雄市進出口商業同業公會買下，並命名為「貿易商大樓」，當時1、2樓則租給華僑商業銀行使用，3樓作為會館，4樓則為禮堂，後來於因空間不敷使用一度閒置，直到1993年轉租其他公司使用至2014年止，當時公會原本決議拆除大樓，幸好文化局與公會協商達成共識，由文化局採租賃營運方式保存建物並進行活化，租期為20年，並且於2016年，配合市府提報哈瑪星地區的「興濱計畫」，獲文化部「再造歷史現場」經費補助，終於重現其歷史風貌。 . 貿易商大樓建築為鋼筋混凝土結構，屋頂部分則是木構造，街角處的門廊上方，國民政府時期在柱上留下的口號還依稀可見，現況1樓「春田Lobby」販售甜點、糕點，2樓「貿商選物」為展覽區及文創商店，目前展出「大港閱冰」，3樓為「春田茶室」餐廳，4樓是「...
