This was a third visits to this place in the last 12 months. Our last visit was more than 8 months ago.

We ordered 2 main dishes, they all got an A+, with the Iberia pork loin perfectly cooked, seasoned well and infused with thyme and rosemary.

The taiwanese local fish fillet of 黑格仔 a firm white fish grilled to perfection.

Two appetizers were: Garlic Shrimps, and Cesar Salad with home made bacon. The garlic shrimps were derived from Spanish Tapa style with a twist - red hot pepper infused into its olive oil based sauce. We rated as a A-, more garlic and baked a little more can intensify the flavor and aroma.

The Cesar Salad was far from perfect, with its dressing “localized” with well too much sweetness, besides the Anchovies were not enough in the dressing. We rated it a B+.

The service was a A, as the Chef/proprietor himself served us a bonus fusion dish 苦瓜封, a westernized taiwanese version of bitter melon / gourd. This bonus teaser dish received a A++ from us.

This was a pleasant surprise visit, as the restaurant improved itself, the Chef was constantly changing the menus and proactively involved in using local ingredients and merged with local cooking traditions while maintaining a French/Spanish influence. I recommend you...

What a pleasant surprise! Nestled in an early 20th century residential building housed this not-so-big but no-too-small restaurant. A simple menu in which styles of a few Southern European countries are presented with special local seafood ingredients and flavors mixed at the chef's delight. We ordered too many entrees and appetizers but advised by the friendly server not to over ordering. Apparently, our eyes were too big than our stomachs. After 4 of us had cleaned out every plate, we collectively gave a thumb up. We loved it. How much did we like it? None of us had dinner that day because we were still full by the evening, maybe we wanted to savor the tastes of those delightful dishes from our lunch. There are 3 entrees that needed advanced order. I suppose this is a proprietor's business strategy bringing customers back. Well, we sure will. Worthy of mentioning - tarter for dessert was good too, although I was looking for some...

Sorely disappointed by the level of service by the server as well as in the back. The restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday during lunch time but they couldn't even keep up. We had to get our own menus and had to physically go ask for table settings. After finally ordering food, it took so long to get here I literally fell asleep.

When the mussels finally arrived, we learned that bread is ordered separately (this is a first for me) then we had to wait again for that... Even the most stingy restaurant served two thin slices of bread with mussels.

Anyway, despite the long wait, the food is actually delicious and the decor is interesting. It's sad that the level of...
